DeLovely Durians!

Who doesn't like durians?  Well some people don't but I'm not one of them.  I prefer the frozen whole ones to the opened and frozen ones but when they aren't available I'm not picky. =)

Durian Birthday Cake 

1 Durian from the market or the greengrocer

1 strong man to open it

Take durian 'pillow' out of shell (there are lots - I once got 11) and put on plate.  Decorate and add candles.  Make sure you only eat your 'cake' with like minded friends - not anyone who considers durian stinky!
