Green Soup
All the recipes on my blog are ones I have made and eaten so they have been 'tried and tested' as it were. If the recipe doesn't state the amount beside the ingredient it means I have just put in how much I had on hand or to my own taste.
I have several brilliant recipe books that I dip into for inspiration. The two I use the most are Raw Magic by Kate Wood and the other is Raw Food by lots of contributing raw foodists.
I hope you like them and enjoy eating them.
Recipe...
- Avocado
- juiced carrot, celery, cucumber and apple
- Garlic
- Whizz all together till smooth and creamy then sprinkle the top with chopped tomatoes and parsley or whatever herbs you like.This is such a versatile recipe I often replace 1/2 the juice with green coconut water which gives it a different taste.
