A good day all in all........
Lunch:
Juiced carrot, cuke and celery
1/2 an avocado
spinach
parsley
coriander
1/2 a red pepper
Snacks:
an orange
1 cup of miso soup
1 banana
Dinner:
asparagus and broad beans steamed ever so slightly
3 tomatoes
big glass of carrot and celery juice
choc/date/banana pudding

Sorry no pics of dinner - only remembered after I had eaten it all :-)
I had a lovely soak in a bath and a scrub down with my homemade sugar/olive oil/lavender oil mix this evening. I haven't been sleeping since my big flight but last night I slept 10 hours only waking once to go to the loo. So I am trying to do it again tonight and thought a bath and the lavender would help.....I'll let you know in the morning.
