Big day in the kitchen...........

Preserved quinces and Tomato & Quince Chutney to add to the already burgeoning pantry shelves for Geoff while I am away.

Quinces are so hard to cut - they have a hard gritty centre but once cooked give off a delicious smell and taste wonderful.

Fred and Sheba having sausage and liver with gravy for dinner.

Off for a shower then it's wine o'clock..........
