My faithful Friend?

This is a picture of Fred who has spent the afternoon alternately sleeping under my bed and jumping up to see if I'm OK.  Well I like to think that is what he is asking........that or, "why is the cat allowed up there?"  And tonight's dinner:  celery, apple, lettuce, ginger and spinach.  It tastes delicious.  I have to remember to 'chew' it cos it is so nice I just want to glug it down!

Head still holding after my capitulation this afternoon....I just hope it stays that way so I can get some sleep tonight.  Talking of which........
